Lucia Barros is an expert in human behaviour developing work in the UK and in Brazil. She created the RGP (General Presence Reprogramming) and Fast Pass: Happiness and Human Potential methods, two on-line programs that have already impacted the lives of thousands of people around the world, teaching them to live in full presence, build sustainable happiness, and develop their full potential.


She is a mentor to executives and entrepreneurs; a speaker; a guest professor of Mindful Leadership in the master's program at Nottingham Business School, in England, and the creator of the first Mindfulness and Happiness Science program for ESPM University, in Brazil.


She is also the author of several books on quality of life, mindfulness, and meditation, published in Brazil and the USA.
